Choosing your options

Fitting decides the shape of the collection bag's opening. Male is the standard men's fitting. Elderly Male has a wider, longer opening for shortened or retracted anatomy — common with age, after prostate surgery, or with weight gain. Female is one fitting for all women, at any age.

Size applies to the underwear only. The collection bag belt is elastic and adjusts with a button, so there's no size to choose there.
