About Us

About Us

We Are Urivie.
We Give People Their Lives Back.

Urivie was built not in a boardroom, but at a bedside — by Tonie Mosley, who refused to accept that incontinence was the end of dignity for a beloved father.

Millions of people across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand live with incontinence — and millions more are their silent, exhausted caregivers. They spend hundreds on disposable products every month. They manage waste, odour, and embarrassment. They quietly withdraw from the world.

We built Urivie for all of them.

Our Mission

To make freedom of movement accessible to every person living with incontinence — through reusable, dignified, affordable products that work from the very first use, and a community initiative that reaches those who cannot afford to pay.

The Name Behind the Brand

The word Urivie is a blend we crafted with intention. "Vie" is the French word for life. "Uri" draws from urinary. Together, they form a single declaration: there is life beyond your bladder. You are not your condition. You are not the leak, the pad, the 2am sheet change. You are a full life, still being lived — and Urivie exists to make sure you feel that.

✍️

Reusable By Design

No more bins full of disposables. No medical waste bills. One Urivie lasts years and saves hundreds annually.

🧡

Dignity First

Discreet enough to wear under clothing. Odour-sealed. Nobody knows you're wearing it — not even you, after a while.

🌎

Planet Conscious

Billions of disposable pads go to landfill every year. Every Urivie sold is one less contribution to that mountain of waste.

🤝

Community Driven

A portion of every sale funds free product delivery to underprivileged families who cannot afford incontinence care.

Meet the Founder

Tonie Mosley, Founder of Urivie

Tonie Mosley

Founder & CEO, Urivie

Tonie Mosley became a full-time caregiver for a diabetic, hypertensive father — managing incontinence, medical waste, and sleepless nights without a support system. The experience was both physically and emotionally devastating. Tonie's father passed in early 2024. What was left behind wasn't just grief — it was a burning question: why doesn't something better exist? Urivie is Tonie's answer.

🏠 Our Give-Back Initiative

We have already begun reaching out to fathers, mothers, and autistic children in Austin, Texas — delivering free Urivie bags to families who need them most. Every purchase you make funds our next delivery run. We are building toward a presence in every city we serve — US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. When you buy Urivie, you are not just helping yourself or your family. You are helping a stranger who cannot help themselves.

Ready to take your life back?
