How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days (US & UK) or 7–14 business days (Canada, Australia, New Zealand). All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

What is your return policy?

Are the products discreet?

Yes. Every Urivie product is designed to be completely invisible under clothing. We also ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no product branding on the outside.

Can I wash the underwear and bed pad?

Yes — both are machine washable and designed to last 200+ washes. Wash at 40°C and tumble dry on low, or air dry.

What sizes are available for the underwear?

Our reusable incontinence underwear is available in sizes XS through 3XL. Please refer to the size guide on the product page to find your best fit.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

How do I use the Odour Eliminator Drops?

Add 3–5 drops directly into your collection bag, toilet, or any waste receptacle before or after use. The drops neutralise odour immediately at the source — no spraying required.
