Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • Australia: 7–12 business days
  • New Zealand: 8–14 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD
  • Orders under $50: flat rate of $4.99

All Urivie orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes. No product name or brand appears on the outside. Your privacy is always protected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
